Bamao Yendé has quickly established himself as one of the most striking figures in the French club scene. In 2018, he founded Boukan Records, a platform for channeling innovative musical energies, and released the EP VT ZOOK as part of the trio Nyoko Bokbaë (with Le Diouck and Boyfall). In 2020, Bamao and Le Diouck launched 55 Degrees, a duo blending afrobeat, UK garage, and deconstructed club sounds. His debut album, RDV DISCOTECA, further asserted his sonic identity, offering a fresh take on club music shaped by influences from bass music, Afro-Caribbean, and South American rhythms. In 2024, Bamao released Polizia Romantico, a project where club culture meets a subtly poetic realm, showcasing his ability to merge intensity with delicacy.
