Sin Maldita’s club-leaning experimental electronic music seeks to strike an uncanny chord between abrasiveness and accessibility. Their 2020 debut album, You’re Trouble, offers hybrid club music composed of shattering beats, bent samples, trance and footwork echoes, combined with ghostly, warped vocal melodies. The recently released EP Accela, in collaboration with Lila Tirando a Violeta, has been referred to as “fiendishly intense industrial”, blending thundering drums, dreamy soundscapes and impish vocals.
