Wheelchairs

The main entrance to the silent green terrain at Gerichtstr. 35 is stepless and barrier-free.

Access to the Betonhalle is step-free and barrier-free. The ramp leading down into the hall has a steep incline, which may pose difficulties for manual (non-electric) wheelchairs. Access is also possible via a lift; please contact our visitor service team for assistance.

Restrooms

The venue is equipped with wheelchair-accessible restrooms. Please ask our on-site team for guidance.

Service Animals

Service dogs are welcome, but other animals are not permitted inside the installation.

Tickets

Where can I buy tickets?
Please note that symposium tickets are sold online. If a few tickets remain on the day of the event, they can also be purchased on site via QR code. To ensure availability, we highly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance through our website: https://www.las-art.foundation/visit

Please check the number of tickets in the shopping cart before completing the ticket purchase. It is not possible to change or cancel tickets.On site, tickets are purchased online via a QR code. Our visitor service team will be happy to assist you. Cash payment for tickets on site is not possible.

How much are the tickets?
The price for a regular symposium ticket is €22 (including all taxes and fees). Reduced tickets cost €15.

Who is entitled to a reduced ticket?
Reduced tickets are available for children and youth up to 18 years old, students aged 18 and over, apprentices, retirees (65+), and people with disabilities (a "Schwerbehindertenausweis B" – Severely Disabled Person's Pass B – is required), as well as for Berlin-based artists and BerlinPass holders, both upon presentation of the relevant identification.

Students aged 18 years and over must present their student card, trainees their certificate of training. Berlin-based artists should show their KSK (Künstlersozialkasse) membership card and holders of the BerlinPass are kindly asked to present the relevant document. Proof will be checked at the entrance.

There are no free or group tickets for the event. If you are an accompanying person of a ‘Schwerbehinderteausweis B’ holder, please get in touch with us via visit@las-art.foundation.

Can I cancel or exchange my ticket? Can I pass my ticket
on to someone else?
Kindly note that your ticket cannot be cancelled or changed. As the tickets are not personalised, you can pass them on to someone else. Please note that in cases of reduced tickets, relevant identification must be presented at the door.

Which payment methods will be accepted?
Tickets can only be purchased online via credit card (Mastercard, Visa), debit card and PayPal. There is no option to pay cash.

How do I present my ticket?
Online tickets can be presented in digital or printed form. Please present your ticket at the entrance.

Will tickets be refunded in case LAS has to cancel the symposium?
In case of a cancellation, the full ticket price will be refunded. Further expenses or damages incurred by the visitor will not be reimbursed. In the event of the closing of the installation due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), there is generally no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.

I can’t find my ticket anymore. What do I do now?
It is possible to have the ticket resent to you. Please click on the link sent by us during the ordering process and select the “Resend” option in the ticket store.

In what language will the symposium be held?
The symposium will be conducted in English.

Where can I find more symposium and the participants?
Information on the symposium is available in English and German on our website. The full programme will be available on the website two weeks in advance of the symposium. 

What languages does the on-site staff speak?
The on-site staff speaks German and English.

Are there cloakrooms or lockers?
There is no cloakroom or lockers on site. Please note that our Visitor Service can’t store any luggage due to legal reasons.

Is there food or drink offered for purchase on site?
Yes. A selection of snacks and beverages will be offered throughout the day, and lunch will be available for purchase inside the Betonhalle during the lunch break.

Is food or drink allowed inside the event venue?
Drinks are permitted, but we kindly ask you not to eat during the event. During lunch break, you can either purchase food or enjoy your own meal in the designated area or outside. 

Is it permitted to bring my dog to the symposium?
Dogs are not permitted inside the space. The only exceptions are guide dogs.

How to get there

How can I get to the symposium venue
at silent green Kulturquatier Berlin?
silent green Kulturquartier is comfortably accessible by public transport. The nearest stations are U6/U9 Leopoldplatz, U6/S41/S42 Wedding (both stations are wheelchair accessible), and buses 120 and 147.

Please verify in advance if these buses are wheelchair accessible.

For detailed route planning and up-to-date information on accessible public transport, we recommend checking the BVG website or the BVG app. Consider also using BVG Muva. It is a service provided by the Berlin Transport Authority (BVG) that enables people with limited mobility to book and use accessible travel.

By car
Limited parking spaces are available for visitors with disabilities. As spaces are limited, please get in touch in advance to secure your parking spot via visit@las-art.foundation.

Paid parking garages are located at Triftstraße 17, 13353 Berlin (BHT Parkhaus Triftstraße) and Pankstraße 29, 13357 (Pankstraße 29 Garage).

Am I allowed to film or take photos during the event?
Please note that taking photos, videos and audio recordings is permitted for private and non-commercial use only.
