Artist
Debit is a composer, producer and performer whose work spans sonic experimentation, research-based compositions and immersive club performances. Her album The Long Count, which is also staged as a performance, was named the third best album of 2022 by The Guardian. Her recent work includes site-specific projects that explore layered temporalities, historical narratives and spatial acoustics, which have been shown at institutions such as the Whitney Museum, New York; the Venice Biennale; TONO Festival; Mexico City; and the Haus der Kunst, Munich.
