The Artwork
The installation is located on the first floor of the building. Visitors can move freely throughout the space to explore its elements.

Please note that artwork is experienced in low light, and contains instances of intense sound and vibration. The film depicts a simulated, nude, faceless female figure with a void running through the head. The figure passes through moments of turmoil, and at certain times, a surgical scar and a scrape are visible on their body.

The duration of the film is approximately 50 minutes. Benches are available across from the large-scale screen for seating.

For Visitors who are blind or have low vision
Please note that the artwork is experienced in low light.

An audio description of Pierre Huyghe’s Liminals is available via the GRETA app. You can either download the file directly in the app or scan the QR code at the ticket desk to access the description.

For Visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing
We provide closed captioning for the visual and sound elements in the installation via the Panthea app. Please scan the QR code at the ticket desk to access this service.

For Visitors on the Autism Spectrum
A social narrative, including photographs and brief descriptions of what to expect, will be available here shortly after the opening. A sensory map will indicate areas that are likely to be quieter and less crowded.

Earplugs are available at the ticket desk.

Low-Sensory Hours
Every Tuesday from 15:00 to 19:00, the installation is open during hours of lower sensory intensity. During this time, the work can be experienced under slightly brighter lighting, with reduced volume and vibrations.

Admission
We offer discounted admission for visitors with disabilities. Holders of a ‘Schwerbehindertenausweis B’ or an international equivalent receive the discount and accompanying persons are admitted free of charge.
